How It Works
1.
Gather the items you want on your DVD, your photos (digital or hard copy), documents (limit size to 8.5" x 11"), video, and music (on a CD or music requests on the project planner). Note: if you do not send us a music request we will select music from our library based on the theme of your DVD. Print the Project Planner and use it to help you organize your media.

Review the package options and choose the DVD package that best meets your needs. Complete the convenient Order Form online, or you can email or fax it to us for a price quote (which will include all applicable taxes).

Payment options: When submitting your order online you can make payment through PayPal using your credit card. You may also include payment with a personal check, money order or cashier's check for payment in full with your materials.
Please, keep a copy of the Project Planner and Order Form for your reference.
We will confirm receipt of your package via email. Print and Complete the Order Form and Project Planner.
Please place your photos, slides and documents in the order that you would like them to appear on the video, number each item using a pencil or a mini post it note. DO NOT USE PEN, the ink can rub off on the face of your photos which could ruin them. (If you don't number your photos we will choose the order for you).
Put the photos, documents and any other materials you're sending along with a copy of your completed Order Form, Project Planner and payment in full or Confirmation Number
Ship your photos using a service like the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx that provide tracking of your package. It is a good idea to get insurance on your package as well.

All photos, documents and any other material you've sent will be returned to you along with your completed keepsake DVD.
5.
We will use the Project Planner as a guide to create your Customized Keepsake DVD
6.
We carefully package and ship your original items and the keepsake DVD to you. Additional copies can be purchased at the time of your order or placed after you have received your keepsake DVD. We will archive your project for future orders up to six months
