***By purchasing a DVD keepsake video, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions:***
Materials Provided To Customized Keepsakes
By purchasing a DVD keepsake video and submitting any pictures in any
form to Customized Keepsakes, you agree that you maintain the copyright for
the photos or any other materials submitted to Customized Keepsakes.
Fees And Payments
CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES reserves the right at any time to change its fees
for services. However, in no event will you be charged a price for services in excess of
the amount you have agreed to without your prior agreement to pay such additional charges.
When your order is confirmed you can make payment through PayPal or include a personal check,
money order or cashier's check for payment in full with your materials.
CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES warrants that
the DVD supplied to the customer will play properly under normal handling and use.
Should the DVD fail to meet such warranty within the first seven (7) days after receipt
CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES, at its option, will replace the defective DVD at no cost to customer.
The foregoing is Customer"s sole and exclusive remedy for failure of the DVD to play properly.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties or refunds, express or implied,
including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose (even if such purpose is known to CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES harmless from any liability, loss,
claim, and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation or alleged
violation of these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to release CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES from any and all liability, implied or expressed. You further agree
that in the event of any dispute arising hereunder, the parties shall bear their own attorney's fees and costs. You further agree that all disputes shall be resolved by arbitration and that the only remedy and/or damage available to you are a refund of the cost of services. You waive any and all other damages, claims, costs, and attorney's fees.
Jurisdiction
CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES is a Pennsylvania sole proprietorship. Jurisdiction for resolution
of any disputes for resolution of any disputes shall be in Pennsylvania. You agree that any disputes shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
Restrictons On Use Of Materials
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including, but not limited to, the written content, any images,
illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and audio clips that are part of the
DVD keepsake video (collectively, the "keepsake video") are subject to copyright laws.
Copying the keepsake video for any other purpose than personal use is expressly prohibited
without prior written permission from, the owner of the copy righted material.
Modification of the DVD keepsake video or use of the DVD keepsake video for any other purpose
is a violation of CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES copyright and other proprietary rights.
Other Products Or Links To Other Websites And Services.
CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES website contains links or references to outside sources and resources, CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES does not control the materials of those outside services and resources and is not responsible for data collection and use practices
on linked sites and CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES does not endorse, recommend or favor those outside
services and resources. Any issue relating to such service or resource or any link thereto shall
be directed to a particular service or resource.
CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES will not share any information about you with any of these sites.

implied to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law.
CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES disclaims all warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES does
not warrant that the functions contained in the DVD Keepsake video will be uninterrupted or error-free,
that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server(s) that makes the website available for
CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES is free of viruses or other harmful components. CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES does not warrant or

CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES does not control the content of a DVD keepsake
video and does not, in any event, have any obligation to monitor such contents
for any purpose. You acknowledge you are solely responsible for all content and images
provided to CUSTOMIZED KEEPSAKES.
